Heavy Motor Driving School and Mechanic Training Centre of AISSMS, ITI(Boribhadak) which is RTO approval was inaugurated on 04/04/14 from the hands of Mr. Rajiv Batra,General Maneger, Finance.Cummince India ltd. Pune. Also present were Mr. Sadashiv Pandit,Fleetgaurd filter Pvt ltd sahajpur,Mr.Shreedhar Joshi, consultant , tata Motors,Pune. AISSMS Tresurer, Mr.Ajay Patil, Principal Mr.R.R.kanade ITI Boribhadak,vice principal ,all Group Instructor,instructors of all trades were also present . The programme was commenced by lighting of lamps and garlanding the statue of Shivaji Maharaj by the Chief guest.
The world is racing ahead with new and advanced development and techniques. The rising population, latest mechanism in vehicles,the problems faced due to all these things has to be controlled looked after as laws are changing , the habits of the drivers and their mistakes as well as accident are in a rise. To solve all these problems Fleetgaurd Filter Put. Ltd. & ITI Boribhadak together has taken as step in this direction to give good drivers to the country. The company has given us heavy motor (truck) and advanced driving simulator, so that people residing In and around ITI can take advantage of this training school. Mr. Sadashiv Pandit of Fleetgaurd Filters Pvt.ltd. said that this will give employment and that ITI is a high grade institution with skilled and trained instructors.
Mr.Rajiv Batra, General Manager,Finance Cumins India Pvt Ltd. congratulated ITI Boribhadak.He also said that the cleanliness is top most and should be followed by everybody. He also felt satisfied by going around premises. Safety is must while working ,which should be observed.
Mr. Shridhar Joshi,Consultant ,Tata Motors said that automobile Industries are on a high today. Newly designed vehicles are in the market which requires skilled and disciplined drivers. This programme will surely provide our nation with good trained drivers.
Mr. Ajay Patil, Treasurer,AISSMS, said that this programme under taken is wonderful and is successful due to co-operation of company. Ours is the first ITI who was started this course. It was also possible because of our Principal and staff. In future this ITI will produce and give us skilled drivers.
The Principal Mr.R.R.Kanade told that students will get a permanent license once their training period is over. The duration of this course is 30 days and will be charged Rs.7000/- as fee. The simulator will train them about all the necessary things at various situations. For this course eligibility is 10th pass and 20 years complete age and should hold LMV driving license completed with one year is necessary. Those who have completed this course will also be employed.
